I received a very comfortable welcome, educated with the problems and then was driven home. Follow up calls were made the next day & was given a time for pick-up. Pickup service was offered & I was very satisfied with the pricing(which I compared with the dealership the nite before)and the personal touch I received. I’ve came here out of the blue one day to get my Inspection sticker done. I’m telling you, when i walked in there was such a delightful ambiance. And that’s even after the fact that it was already the end of the day (5 p.m.). So I enjoyed the experience that much I returned to have some other work done on my car. My wife and I bought a Jeep Wrangler what she wanted and was good till a miss in the engine appeared.I could not find what was causing the miss. I took the car to 2 different shops who did proceed to charge me yet never fix the problem.I took the vehicle to C.A.R.S. told Glen what all I been threw. The young lady at the counter was very courteous as well as friendly. Upon check out after my inspection she gave me some very valuable information. That was the fact that you all also did oil changes which I had planned to get that same day that I got my inspection, however I was going to go to Walmart which is where I normally go for an oil change. After the young lady at the counter informed me that you all gave oil changes and in additional your oil changes were cheaper than Walmart I then decided to get my oil changed there. This was very convenient for me and also made me decide to get my oil changed at your establishment from now on. I will be seeing you all again. She is a keeper.
